Deadlines for the proposal:
28.02.2014: Letter of intent
28.02.2014: PIC number and administration data
07.03.3014: Last changes from all partners in their repository: https://github.com/openETCS/horizon2020-management/tree/master/1st%20stage%20proposal
10.03.2014: starting the 1st reviewing phase of the 1st stage proposal
12.03.2014: starting the 2nd reviewing phase of the 1st stage proposal
14.03.2014: last reviewing phase of the 1st stage proposal – end of reviewing phase
18.03.2014: downloading and submit of the 1st stage proposal

Status of the Letter of Intent from each partner

  • Most of the partner have send their letter of intent, but some are still missing.
  • Need all letter of intent before the 28.02.2014!!

Status of the PIC number and Administration Data

  • I have just received a few PIC numbers and Administration Data
  • Need all of them until the 28.02.2014!!

Budget plan for WP´s

  • Budget plan for WP´s will be delievered before Wednesday on https://github.com/openETCS/horizon2020-management/tree/master/WP’s%20structure
