• 2.1 Confirm each teammate's group: Mobile, Frontend, Backend.
• 2.2 Go over project plan and discuss the general progress of the group
• 2.3 Review the work of previous week according to the customer feedback.

3. Discussions

• 3.1 Went over project plan to decide on this week's exact job: Login and Sign up.
• 3.2 Each group is confirmed exactly.
• 3.3 Created these groups's directories and branches.
• 3.4 Decided to add milestones at the end of each grops timeline in project plan according to customer feedback.
• 3.5 Evaluated man hour of each week in project plan(approximately 4hour/week).
• 3.6 Took a photo with our new group member.
• 3.7 Created channels for each development group.
• 3.8 Determined a convention for created branch names:
• 3.9 Discussed about git utilization. Some programs were proposed such as GitKraken which is a GUI Git client that facilitates efficient and reliable usage of Git on a desktop and offer most of the command line operations.
