1. Meeting Details

2.1 Meet and get to know the team members
2.2 Find an available time slot for the next meetings
2.3 Discuss the communication plan
2.4 Go over Assignment1 and discuss ways to customize issues
2.5 Assign teammates to write meeting notes and prepare agenda
2.6 Look over some repositories of the groups from previous years to gain an insight

3.1 It is decided that the team meetings will be on Tuesdays at 17.00 (Thursday at 17.00 is an alternative date).
3.2 For communication, Slack is more suitable for our purpose since it has GitHub integration.
3.3 Tags for representing priority will be added. Additional tags might be created for future needs.
3.4 Every member will think of a team name.
3.5 Everyone will create their own Wiki page.
3.6 Elif Çalışkan has been selected to take meeting notes.
3.7 Bahadır Hocamoğlu has been selected to prepare the agenda before meetings.
3.8 Gürkan Demir has been selected to create issues according to discussed actions.
3.9 README.md should be updated after every meeting.
