Framework PRs

  • 1246 - still working on ACME testing, hopefully finished off in the first half of this week
  • 1086 - has been rebased to include simplified changes for just "final_only", ready for review

  • Interval division that supports 64-bit integers has all necessary changes to ESMF code, now only requires changes to mpas_timekeeping.F
    • Michael will try to create a PR for this by the end of Tuesday
