Association

Supervision over the infrastructure of our Hackerspace belongs to the Stowarzyszenie Hakierspejs Łódź association, registered in the Łódź-Downtown local court (Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia). Detailed data of our association can be found in the National Court Register.

According to the Statute of our association, being its member obligates to paying regular membership fees and gives the privilege of almost unlimited access to the Hackerspace infrastructure, including entrance to the HQ at any moment.

To become a formal member, read the Statute (currently only a Polish version is available), make sure you agree with it, fill in the membership declaration and bring it to someone from the Management Board. Next, contact Alex (@a44ce20e03 on Telegram), so that he will grant you access to the HQ.

Management Board

The current (for the 27 November 2024 – 26 November 2026 term) Management Board members are:

The detailed role of the Management Board is described in the Statute, but it mostly involves taking care of the Hackerspace budget and representing our organization in front of other organizations and of public authorities. In practice, the Management Board also deals with solving conflicts within our society.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee controls and audits the actions and decisions of the Management Board.

General Assembly of Members

General Assembly is the gathering of all the members of the Association. It's the supreme power in our organization. All its obligations and privileges are described by the Statute, but it's most important role is electing the Management Board and the Audit Committee. The decisions of the General Assembly have the form of resolutions, issued during regular (so called ordinary) and additional irregular (extraordinary) meetings.
