• Hello, it's Bahri. I'm junior computer engineering student at Boğaziçi University, also proud member of this group.

Responsibilities

• In our recent work, we worked together as a team to distribute tasks equally without a designated leader. I have completed all the tasks assigned to me on time and have tried to do as many things as possible as well as I can. I shared my ideas on the overall design, taking into consideration how the project would evolve in the future, and tried to be an integral part of the entire process. My personal assignments were Personal Page and Research.

Main Contributions:

• Create the Class Diagrams: Designed and created class diagrams according to our requirements.
• Revise Class Diagrams: This revision was mostly about relationship between classes, relations we're re-created using IBM's UML designing rules.
• Formalize System Requirements: Worked on identifying the requirements and searched for answers to the questions of what should and shouldn't be included in system requirements.
• Requirements Analysis Revision: Worked on requirements, how to write the report and what should be in our project.
• Milestone Report - RAM (Responsibility Assignment Matrix): Made some research and take part in creation of Responsibility Assignment Matrix.
• Milestone Report - Evaluation of the Deliverables - Software design documents in UML: Class: Helped brainstorming and creation of the report of the class diagrams.
• Implementing Milestone 1 Report to Wiki: I wrote our milestone report into wiki page and take part in revisions.

Management Related Significant Issues

• Since everyone in the group had equal rights and responsibilities, everyone had a certain amount of say in the management. I took on tasks related to setting deadlines and dividing work in areas where I put more effort. Additionally, in order to stay involved in the project, I tried to take on small responsibilities in other areas as well.

• As a team, we recognized the importance of effective communication and cooperation. Therefore, we made sure to hold regular meetings to discuss progress, brainstorm ideas, and provide feedback to one another. I've take my part on those meetings.

Despite the various challenges we faced, we were able to work together effectively and achieve our objectives.
