2️⃣ Filter by location/portfolio/recommendations
3️⃣ Contact a candidates via e-mail,sms,chat.

Initial Planning

1️⃣ Build an html5-css-angularjs web frame
2️⃣ Connect framed App to DataBase
3️⃣ Repair and re-design as needed
