Closes #51, adding the 0x100 connector flag to the internal connector. This enables usage of power well 2, as HDMI and DP audio are connected to it's power domain.

Adds support for macOS Sonoma, adding two new AirportItlwm builds for <14.4 and later versions. This PR also adds a new PowerShell build script with new build instructions to simplify the build process on Windows.
