Once your IoT devices, sensors, and actuators are connected to the MBP, basic monitoring information, such as the network accessibility of IoT devices and current sensor values, can be visualized in the MBP UI.
To monitor the health and resources of IoT devices, users can use monitoring operators, which are software that can be installed and executed on IoT devices through the MBP. These operators send monitoring information, such as the CPU temperature or CPU usage of a device, to the MBP to be visualized.
For an automated monitoring, that is, to enable actions to be conducted automatically by the MBP, users can create rule-based IoT applications that use values from monitoring operators.
