PSP Oddities

The PSP is the hardest platform to build for.

We do not currently have a way to munge/build new sound lvls for PSP.
When Munging Unit and vehicle models for PSP the .msh.option needs to have a "-maxbones 8" in it.
When munging a 'jedi' unit class, the 'IsJedi' odf property should be set to '1'
