[gui/autobutcher] update with modern widgets

also:

• remove ticks config since it was removed from the plugin
• run autobutcher now if it's enabled to ensure the watch list is up to date when starting the UI
• redesign UI for better usability, especially with the mouse
• add sorting and filtering (but not searching, since the list is already well-sortable and we make heavy use of lowercase text hotkeys)
