Novel properties (mechanical, electronic, mangetic) of energy materials, soft matter, bubbles, especially in aqueous environments . Methods: Soft X-ray techniques including absorption and emission spectroscopy(STXM, TEY, RIXS), Atomic force microscopy, MD simulations. Currently focus on revealing the intrinsic properties of nanoscale bubbles in water by X-ray spectroscopy.
Hosting a Youth project of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) from 2021-2023.
