Merged as is. It works for osmapp now. Lets see how openmaptiles/osm-bright-gl-style#44 spins out. |

I have first verified, that the lines are in the data. It can be seen, that its the
#transportaionsource-layer, and can be selected byclass === motorway_contruction.Then I opened their Style Editor, cloned the Basic style, and made a copy of the
motorwaylayer. Then I played little with the paint settings.Fixes #29
