babel.config.json,webpack.prod.js를 webpack.config.js 에 통합하였습니다.react-refresh 적용으로 이제 하드 리프레시를 줄일 수 있습니다. (물론 경우에 따라 하드 리프레시가 발생하기도 합니다)
