- Display at least one transect on the map. Either select a transect file from the
Transects
widget or draw your own transect (see instructions below). - Getting the time-series depends on how the transect was displayed:
- If you selected a transect file from the
Transects
widget, then click on one of the transects on the map. - If you drew your own transect, then click on the
View Time-Series for Drawn Transect
button on the sidebar.

Draw My Own Transect
option from theTransects
widget, which is located on the left sidebar. - Double click a location on the map to add your transect's start point, and double click again on another location to add your transect's end point.

Draw My Own Transect
option selected:- Scroll down towards the bottom of the map to view all the available tools.
- Then click on the first/leftmost icon to enable the Pan tool . This allows you to move the map by clicking and holding down your left mouse button and dragging.
- After moving the map to focus on a desired location on the map, make sure to click on the fifth icon from the left to enable the Polygon Draw tool . This allows you to draw your transect.

- Save the drawn transect in a GeoJSON file by clicking on the
Save Drawn Transect
