This pull request experiments with helper functions for Markdown rendering that may be useful in the future.

MarkdownString("Vapor 5 will be \(bold: "awesome")!")
// is the equivalent to
MarkdownString("Vapor 5 will be **awesome**!")

\(italic: "Hello World")
\(bold: "Hello World")
\(strike: "Hello World")
\(code: "<h1></h1>")
