Usage:
tbutil [{cred}] delete [-j|-s ..|-y] {path} < {json_body_file}
The "delete" command calls the specified raw DELETE REST API endpoint and passes the conents of the json_body_file as the request body.
NB: This WIKI is a work in progress and is known to be incomplete and inaccurate in places as it stands.
