Clean sign-up forms

As a user, I don't want to see asterisks in the password box if there isn't actually a password in their so I realize I have to add a password.

"Values" checkbox at bottom of Weekly view should be enabled by default for VCA accounts.

As a clinician, I want to see numbers with blood sugar readings so I feel more comfortable in Tidepool.
