New variables:
- `background_color`: body background color
- `content`: text content that is bounced
Modified `randomcolor()` to return an object of the form `{r: number, g: number, b: number}`
Created `parseBackgroundColor()` to parse `background_color` and return an `rgb(r,g,b)` CSS style
Set `body.style.overflow = 'hidden'` because long `content` strings can cause window scrollbars to appear
