Safe mode

As of v0.16.0, Statik introduces a safe mode that, if Statik is executed in that mode, places certain restrictions on how you can use it and which features are available to you. Specifically:

• Only Mustache templating is allowed.
• Only MLAlchemy-based queries are allowed.

The purpose of this feature is to eventually allow Statik to be run on shared hosting environments in such a way that its execution will pose less of a threat to the hosting environment.
