Klein Tools p100 96mm

This version contains the STL, STP, and gasket files for a version of the PAPRa that uses Klein Tools p100 filters and a 96mm fan box body with a CUI 154 fan. The battery life isn't as good as the N100 version, coming soon!

4CFM Version

This version achieves 4CFM (actually, 5, with the 168 CUI fan), and includes the weather guard.

Mask design updates

This release is the last one before we fix the 4CFM flow issues into the half mask, including new masks designs for more comfort on the face.

May 2021 Release

This release changes the top panel of the PAPR to add a weather shield and to modify the m12 controller to be two pieces instead of four. Testing shows that a properly built PAPR has a fit factor of N99, but please be warned that you should do your own validation of parts to ensure that units provide proper fit for your face.

PAPR build v 1.0

This is the version of the PAPR that was built in October 2020. There are more enhancements to come from this design, but we feel confident that this design is worth building and releasing today. To be tested: ensuring that there isn't significant carbon dioxide rebreathing, and a mechanism for handling condensation in the expiratory line.
