I think this got stuck again and I can't figure out how to get pipeline going again, it is stuck on this step:

tests.go:457: [Projects] Deploying group 5/X

I tried to find the project and do a config-sync but its either not working or I have the wrong projects.

I'm going to make one small change to this branch, I'm going to use the new feature to selectively not deploy cluster to a management vpc

Daniel is running this locally through the newer test framework to identify the issue

Looks like when the updater automation runs and detects and already open PR with the branch stack-update it closes the existing PR and opens a new one. Thats what happened to this PR. It created new one: #52

I'll push Todds commit to that branch now since it contains all the latest version locators
