tt-metalrepo to thett-budarepository, with several goals:tt-budarepo up to the same standard astt-metalfor Open Source projects, as people expect to see a CoC in a project (amongst others, e.g.GOVERNANCE.md.)tt-budafollow the same processes.No worries if y'all have different plans here, it just struck me as a small oversight when development focus shifted to
tt-metal, and if so, cleaning it up now is a great time. Appreciate the work y'all are doing, thanks for considering this PR!
