fix #8464

cherry-pick from: #8465

If the matrix Task has no TaskRun to execute, the ResolvedTask will be nil, we should skip the validation.

Hi @l-qing. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a tektoncd member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

It seems that the failure is caused by the mismatch between golangci-lint and the golang version. It is recommended to upgrade the version of golangci-lint.

Why are historical release versions also running with a newer test-runner, resulting in different behaviors due to the different Go versions inside?
Currently, this is not easy to solve. 🤦‍♂️
