* When username, password, or extra arguments are set in connect(), have those arguments replace the ones loaded from the configuration file. * Remove Test::MockObject requirement and do it the old fashioned way. * Documentation and tests updated.
* Updated the documentation to be more clear about the connection strings that can be used to override values. * Added test files for this case.
