Building Elements

In this page you will find common building elements listed by their IFC class like IfcWall, IfcBeam, and others, These elements are essential when starting to create a BIM model from scratch.

Spatial Elements

In this page you will find detailes related to spatial elements, which define where building elements are located. Spatial elements follow a hierarchical structure, from IfcProject down to IfcSite, IfcBuilding, and IfcBuildingStorey, working like a container-into-container structure.
