Add an integrated UI system

The idea is to be able to declare UI objects that contain all of the information of a discord message (content, message, components etc) that can be identified using a regex id pattern, similar to component ids. The idea is that these UIs can be directly returned from a user event, or can be acquired dynamically using a special service.
