am I healthy enough to travel? what issues in the past, e.g. diaerahha from eating street food in Bangladesh? How can i prevent this from happening again?

  • issues -> joints are stiff and tight, flying a lot on the plane
  • patient was on a boat in middle of indian ocean and he had a medical problem (something in him out of the blue) with no phone access but spotty wifi access on the boat. So he reached out to stanford and needed emergency treatment. Helicopter picked him up from ocean out of the boat.

=> we contract out to an airlift and nearest hospital => Stanford was obligated to aid.

Also pretravel consultation... because of app you have a database of everything and pre-existing conditions -> so when SOS call comes you already know everything including locations.

upload all vaccinations and immunizations records for automatic pretravel consultaiton.
