Change default values for ``DIB_GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE`` and
``DIB_GRUB_TIMEOUT``. The default value for ``DIB_GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE``

Adding ConfigDrive to ``DIB_CLOUD_INIT_DATASOURCES`` var list to fix
