I was working on some improvements to Cody's bug reproduction workflow and thought it'd be really nice to have an easier way to linking information about which issue is relevant to a specific test.
I thought about two ways we could add these.
The first is just simply looking for linear URLs.
The second one could maybe be more broadly applied to all OpenCtx providers? Just like how with
TODOcomments we could introduce aCTXcomment that could hint (as some URIs are obvious) at the provider and supply some URI for that provider to use.
