Dashboards/Snapshots Changes (backport #148)

A bunch of changes that came out of the perf testing.

• Updated the default dashboard
• Changed the grafana config to persist the data backing the snapshot
• Changed the snapshot code to actually find the proper elements
• Updated the snapshot code to make sure that all of the graphs rendered by increasing viewport size
