This work follows on from some quick-'n-dirty long name aliases I introduced a long time ago. The longnam.h header is found at build time and the long names are provided to fitsio-sys based on what's available on the system. This commit also introduces quick sanity check tests for basic fitsio functions and their corresponding long names.
