What?
Add datepicker format datetime depending on the locale
Why?
To make the format to match the different languages and countries
How?
Using Intl to generate the format string for flatpickr
Testing?
Change the admin user language (between 'en-Us' nad 'en-Uk' for instance) and checking the format in any datepicker
