Use full color icons for remaining gpm- prefixed icons. These icons, originally for Gnome Power Manager, seem to be only used for MATE Power Manager now. This unifies the light and dark icons, so the -dark variants have been removed. Icons were moved from /panel to /status. This also uses newer upstream icons for the devices. Fading dots were used to indicate battery level but, in the future, maybe this could be updated to use an actual battery for clarity.
