**** In order to make this project acceptable for mono-project
- Contributor should have never used ildasm or microsoft .net sources(under proprietary licence).if someone has he or she is not eligible.
- This project is an ambitious step to bring wpf to mono,so we will follow the same rules mono is following to ensure in future we do not get into the problems of using proprietary sources or softwares in our open source project.
- After one starts to contribute to this project,he or she should not use visual studio or any other means to debug into the microsoft .net sources.
