Describe the Housekeeping
As a developer, we would like to clean up the remaining tasks, following the update from Sequencescape API v1 -> v2. This reflects the tasks for Sequencescape

Tasks:

• Search for @todo in Sequencescape
• Include examples in resources files (e.g submission_resource.rb) (part of Y24-478 - Complete documentation of API v2 resources #4522)
