Hi @phstc . I am Padmaja. Last year I have reached out to you regarding the scheduled job and delayed jobs extensions. We have written custom code using aws event bridge and have recently published a medium blog about this. Since sqs and event bridge, both are served by AWS, it will be easy to maintain.
We want to contribute that to this current Shoryuken-gem. Please let me know when we can catch up on this.

I would love to get more contributors. What do you need to get started?
About event bridge, If it's something like a plugin, that would be the way to go. Shoryuken is meant to be over SQS, other services should be implemented externally or potentially plugins/extensions.
I removed the Slack channel (it wasn't active) in favor of discussions.
