* web-flash用のファームウェアビルド時にPSRAMを無効化する処理を追加

* 英語版のREADME.mdにもweb-flashページのURLを追加

* バージョン情報を更新

* web-flashにリセットボタンを押す手順を追加

* 設定スクリプトのコメントを日本語から英語に変更

* 設定スクリプトを実行後にターミナルセッションを再起動するように手順を追加

* WSL2のマニュアルで、いきなりターミナルという単語が出ているのでUbuntuに変更

* Voltaインストール後のターミナル再起動に関する文章を修正
