Web interaction handling and two other minor updates, one for the upcoming pairing and another to help with some bugfixing.

42a6b9a detects web_url(http://....), web_app(https://....) and stops remaps, params for web urls.
36f7b0e advertises which interactions the remocon is running (previously only showed one!)
e14c21e starts to refactor code a bit so we can more easily fight Better master detection #80, Doesn't refresh concerts on startup #97.
