Refine faulting stalled transaction and move related description from Section 4.6 to Section 4.2.1. Refine Section 2.6 and 2.7 and error type for permission violation on non-priority entries should be 0x01~0x03. Refine description about error type = 0x07. Update reserved and user-defined error types. Reset value of ENTRY_CFG(i).sire/siwe/sixe/sere/sewe/sexe should be IMP. Reset value of ERR_MFR.svs should be 0. Label tables.
