This release includes modifications to account for cross-sectional variations as described in Cargill et al. (2021). Notably, there are now four additional keyword arguments,
a_tr
- normalized average transition region cross-sectional areaa_0
- normalized cross-sectional area at the transtiion region/corona boundarya_c
- normalized average coronal cross-sectional areal_fact
- ratio of loop length corresponding to the corona
By default, all have a default value of 1 such that the original, constant cross-section EBTEL solutions are recovered.
