Added Radarr - Refresh, modifed from Radarr Rename. For processing libraries in place.

Adjusted Sonarr/Radarr- Rename scripts by Shaun Agius and Anthony Clerici to just support refreshing. Use case is processing a library in place and depending on Library Scanning to discover new files.
New to JS but both seem to be working fine locally so far. Figured might be useful for the community if accepted.
