Prepared master to create debian packages #49

  • Relocated PlatformWithOS/Makefile, to have it in default (top level) location, as expected by debian/rules
  • Adapted README.md in PlatformWithOS
  • Changed path and variable handling in the makefiles to use GNU standards
  • Added switch for init and systemd, as for example debian does use systemd or initd. The OS is therefore no suitable decision base.

this gives error: make: *** No rule to make target 'rpi'. Stop.

This is a temporary fix to sort out the issues caused by this PR at repaper/gratis - repaper/gratis#49

Proper fix to come later
