 - Library Mode: added a new mode which changes the behavior of the panel, displaying all the countries from the entire library artists database instead of following selection/playback. Clicking on a point creates playlists from that country (+genre, styles, etc.  according to keys pressed). Tooltip shows artist count from that country. The library database is cached and not updated on real time, so it works without performance penalties. (may be updated on demand)
 - Tagging: locale tag (country) can be set for tracks missing the tag by clicking directly on the map. A menu will appear showing a list of countries near the clicked zone. Tags are saved directly to files or to the Json database according to the config. (It applies the same country to all selected tracks, don't use it for different artists unless all are from there!)
