Is this the standard behavior for Dockerfiles within a project? I'm not exactly sure of convention but part of me feels like a Dockerfile in a source directory would normally build the actual code. Maybe it would be better to have Dockerfile-development in addition to this PR. 🤔 What do you think?

I agree and have edited my pull requests accordingly we now have docker-compose.yml and docker-compose.dev.yml.
