Perhaps we can add a CTA here which says "If you want to use GCP with Pulumi right now, you can use one of these templates to get started fast."

Looks good overall, but I left a suggested change and one comment/question.
At a high-level, I will say that this post spends more time talking about the 6.x releases than it does about the 7.0 release. I don't know if that's intentional or not, but to me it makes the 7.0 release feel underwhelming.
