Interpro Pfam transition

Closes #1587

This is a very early start to this. It needs to be completed by January.

Here are the basic tasks with currently the first one done.

• basic adapt of fetchPfamMSA to take data from Interpro

• check on kwargs and clean up

• basic adapt of searchPfam to take data from Interpro.

• clean up and make sure these functions handle the right kwargs

• Confirm that we can still use parsePfamPDBs

Update: we now have until the spring:

InterPro is the new home of Pfam
The Pfam website (pfam.xfam.org) was shut down on October 5th, but InterPro offers the same functionality and data.
A legacy version of Pfam is available at https://pfam-legacy.xfam.org/ but will not receive any updates and will be decommissioned in Spring 2023.
