This is a very early start to this. It needs to be completed by January.
Here are the basic tasks with currently the first one done.
basic adapt of
fetchPfamMSA
to take data from Interprocheck on kwargs and clean up
basic adapt of
searchPfam
to take data from Interpro.clean up and make sure these functions handle the right kwargs
Confirm that we can still use parsePfamPDBs
