Improve coverage isdb (#1144)

* improved coverage test result of isdb/metainference * adding new tests to cover new lines for isdb module * moved tests from other branch to this branch (correct procedure) * removed test that doesnt work * removed test that doesnt do anythink * removed test that no need * removed test that has no effect on test * Corrections were made to make the annecal fact give output. * Corrections were made to make the ovstride give output. * Corrections were made to make REGRES_ZERO give output. --------- Co-authored-by: = <[email protected]>
