When defining
Attributeclasses usually the constructor parameters are not used, as the values are retrieved using reflection.This PR modifies the
UnusedConstructorParametersRuleclass so that unused constructor parameters are not reported if the class is anAttributeclass.Fixes phpstan/phpstan#7165
