Bug report

given code:

final class SkipFirstClassCallableInDo
{
    public function getSubscribedEvents()
    {
        do {

        } while ($this->textElement(...));
    }

    public function textElement()
    {
         return 1;
    }
}

it cause crash:

Call to undefined method PHPStan\Node\Printer\Printer::pPHPStan_Node_MethodCallableNode()

it should not crash.
